Flying is the number one situation given as a response when asked to think of something that would leave you feeling out of control when the question is asked anywhere around the world. Fear of flying has nothing to do with flying. I have helped, at different times, two military fighter pilots who had a fear of flying. For both of them, there was no problem when they were in charge, they just had the fear of flying when they were a passenger on a commercial flight and someone else was in control.
Your fear of being out of control will come from some event a long time ago that left you with a bad experience because the situation was out of your control. Your subconscious gave you the coping mechanism of having a fear of being out of control and this is what comes into force when airborne travel is suggested.
With hypnosis, I can help you find that earlier time and you will be able to see that the event, the circumstances and the dynamics can never happen again. You will see that you do not need to continue maintaining this coping mechanism; that it is redundant and, far from protecting you, it is having a very negative effect in your life. You can change this and change your life.
